Refund & Cancellation Policy
At US Digital Pro, we strive to provide our clients with high-quality services that meet their needs and exceed their expectations. However, we understand that circumstances can change, and sometimes clients may need to cancel their service or request a refund. Therefore, we have established the following refund and cancellation policy:
Clients may cancel their service by providing 30 days written notice to our customer support team. We will make every effort to accommodate your cancellation request as soon as possible. However, please note that cancellation requests received less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled service delivery date may result in a cancellation fee.
We offer refunds for our digital marketing services in the following situations:
If the client cancels their service before the scheduled service delivery date, they may be eligible for a refund of any unused portion of their payment. If the client is not satisfied with our service, they may request a refund within 30 days of the service delivery date. To be eligible for a refund, the client must provide detailed feedback on the reasons for their dissatisfaction and allow us the opportunity to address and remedy the issue.
Please note that we do not offer refunds for services that have already been delivered and used by the client, unless there are exceptional circumstances that warrant a refund. In the event that a refund is approved, we will process the refund within 14 business days of receiving the refund request. Refunds will be made in the same form of payment used for the original purchase.
